Our coaching services offer personal and professional development coaching to prepare leaders who are “transitioning” into new positions, or who desire to enhance performance in their current positions. Dr. D is a certified executive coach with doctoral level training in the area of coaching. Trailblazers’ train-the-trainer series is a product-specific course that prepares professional trainers to deliver our content. Any trainer who wants to deliver a Trailblazers’ customized course must attend a train-the-trainer program.

The Trailblazers’ train-the-trainer series does not train professionals how to facilitate as a discipline; rather, we focus on preparing trainers to effectively deliver our content in a way that reflects our high level of engagement and standards of excellence. Therefore, all participants must have academic or corporate training experience. We also prefer that trainers have a general training certification or attend the general train-the-trainer certification program offered by our training alliance.
